I guess you can add me to the list.

My Noa is from June 1, 2010. No Biometrics appointment as of yet. Actually made it just in time to get my paperwork in before the 90 days would expire, which would have been June 3, so phew there. Hope that is not going to look bad.....(we had our reasons.....very sick baby who thank god pulled through).

Let the waiting game begin again.....sigh.

You are OK with when you filed because the NOA1 is dated prior to expiration.

MDtoVA I so that you walk-in for early biometric, how did everything go? I will try tomorrow too.

You should have no problem at all- no one ever even looked at the date, questioned why I was here, or said it was a problem. It took a total of 30 minutes and that included waiting for 3 persons who were in front of me.

Tried early biometrics at the Detroit office yesterday, there wasn't anyone there it was very slow, but they still refused :angry:

Did you give them any excuse? Like you will be out of town during the scheduled appointment, which is why you are coming in now?

Check finally cashed! Just waiting for NOA1 now.

Glad to hear that. We are still waiting for the check to clear. Hopefully since our arrived on the same day I'll see progress on ours also soon. GC expiration is 7/17 so we're getting a little nervous, and really do not know what we need to do in case we don't see any activity on the application. Would an InfoPass appointment help? All I have is the US Postal Service delivery confirmation reciept.

I think the early appointments depend on the particular office. Some will do it and some won't. I think when mine comes I'll just wait till the appointed day. The office is 2 hours away from where we live. There's no way we're driving there to get rejected and have to go back.

just came back from Syracuse office, tried early biometrics, there wasn't anyone there but they refused me. now I have to take a day off from work... :(

N-400

10/21/11 - papers sent

10/24/11 at 8:45 Delivery confirmed

10/27/11 Check cashed

10/26/11 NOA1

11/4/11 Biometrics for 11/22/11

11/28/11 received notification that I am in line for interview scheduling

11/30/11 received both text and email that my N-400 is already schedule for interview

1/05/12 interview - passed !!!!

3/22/12 Oath Ceremony !!!!

I walked in early for my bio today with no problems. The office is only 10 mins from where I live, so it was not a gamble. Very nice people at the San Marcos, CA office - I was in and out in 15 mins.

Concurrent I-130 and AOS

Nov 30 2007 - I enter US as a tourist to spend the ski season with my sweetie and figure out what we both want outta life - we plan on ending up in Canada, but...

Jan 30 2008 - We get married in Vegas! We decide to stay in the US.

Feb 08 2008 - File I-130, I-485, AP and EAD

Feb 11 2008 - Package arrives in Chicago

Feb 19 2008 - Receive NOA 1 for everything except I-485. NOA date Feb 15th

Feb 19 2008 - Touch I-130, AP, EAD

Feb 21 2008 - Receive I-485 NOA 1. NOA Date Feb 15th

Feb 22 2008 - Receive Biometrics notice, dated Feb 20th, for appointment March 11th

Feb 27 2008 - Walk in to Denver field office and have Biometrics taken early as the 11th March I'll be away

Apr 16 2008 - EAD card production ordered

Apr 16 2008 - AP approval sent

Apr 21 2008 - AP received in mail

Apr 21 2008 - EAD card production email received again - strange

Apr 24 2008 - EAD card approval notice sent email

just came back from Syracuse office, tried early biometrics, there wasn't anyone there but they refused me. now I have to take a day off from work... :(

Well, at least you tried.

We are just going to wait for our date, I don't think it makes a big difference, it's just a couple of days. So just hang in there, and be patient.

7.14.07 - Received NOA1 (WOW after 6 weeks, I was worried...called INS and told me CSC had a computer "glitch" causing delays on printing Receipt notices and approvals)

10.30.07 - APPROVED No email, the NOA2 came in the mail...hard copy.

7.23.07 - I-129F received in Chicago

7.30.07 - Received NOA1

11.21.07 - APPROVED!!!! APPROVED. GOT AN E-MAIL ON THANKSGIVING!

03.03.08- INTERVIEW IN CIUDAD JUAREZ. VISA GRANTED ON 03.03.2008

***AOS & EAD***

3.10.08 - Case Received at Chicago Lockbox, check cashed 3.14.08

3.17.08 - Received both NOA's in the mail

3.21.08 - Received Biometrics appointment letter in the mail, biometrics Appt. 4.02.08

5.05.08 - EAD Card Production ordered GOT EMAIL (we received the same email on 5.09.08)

5.13.08 - Approval Email for EAD (so the card was ordered first, and then we were approved...hum)

5.15.08 - EAD Card Received in mail.

8.08.08 - WE GOT OUR INTERVIEW APPOINTMENT YAY...9/12/08 - INTERVIEW APPROVED

9.24.08 - Received Green Card in the mail YEAH!

6.15.10 - Mailed I-751 Docs to CSC, check cashed 6.24.10

6.26.10 - Received NOA in mail dated 6.21.10

6.29.10 - Received Biometrics appointment for 7.15.10
