The wife and I just made it through Customs a bit ago. I'm in Vancouver for her graduation. Now she's coming down to Austin for the next few months while our immigration paperwork processes.

Thanks again to everyone who gave us advice and recommendation on how to make it through Customs for an extended visit while immigration paperwork is processing.

In the end it was easy. We just answered directly and briefly, but in a relaxed, friendly manner. We were through in no time. If our flights go that smoothly, this will be a great day.
