Hey everyone! I was looking online for Arab related events and I came across the Arab American Festival that is going to be held in Phoenix, Arizona this year. Is anyone planning on going? Has anyone gone in the past? We live in Texas and I think it would be a nice small trip to take I just want to be sure it will be worthwhile for Abdou. Any comments or info would be appreciated...Maybe we could get a group together and make it a group event!

I remember the festival being held somewhere else last year...I know a lot of ppl here in MENA have gone to some of the others. Hopefully they will have some good insight to offer. When I went to the website it seemed interesting. Too bad we will be both relocating and settling in that time.

That would be great! We are new to Houston and because I am gone half of each month I haven't had much time to explore. And Abdou isn't able to drive yet so he is kind of limited. We would love to make some friends in the area!! PM me sometime!
