Immigration fraud on I-130

what do you do if

if hubby comes into the USA on CR-1 status and starts beating u every day...then he confesses that he only married u to get status in the US...u guys separate just about to weeks after his arrival and he moves to another state... u contact immigration and tell them he was a fraud in writing,... ur hubby has not yet received even his conditional green card,...and u get your marriage annulled back home.... because of the annulment the guy becomes reactionary and starts harassing you over the phone and threatens you... finally, even though he was supposed to have been in another state he shows up at your doorstep...you now have no idea what his address is but you are able to acquire a TPO against him anyways and on top of it due to the fact that every time he harasses you, you file a police report the police have taken out a warrant for stalking against him. Now the thing is that you finally find out what his address is...what do you do next?

Tell the police.

Initiate divorce proceedings if the foreign annulment is not valid in the USA.

but the problem is ...now i find out that he is again not in my state anymore ...he is in another state but I have his address...do I give that to the police?

i have already initiated divorce proceedings here in the USA as well but like i said for a while there i didnt know where he was so couldnt have him served

also am I still financially responsible for the guy??

It is your responsibility to report this information to ie. Do not look at it as if it is a choose, the only way you can end this nightmare is to get I.C.E involve.

Let the cops do their job & you wont have to wait to see what happens. If you dont let them help what is your expectation?

Let the court do its job & you will get your divorce. If you are in Ca for example he doesnt have to be served. It would help if you identified what state you are in.

Contact ICE as was suggested. Tell them what the cops are doing & what action the court is taking.

If there is an emergency protective order or a "keep away" order against him the police will send it to whatever state/county he is in to have it served on him. Keep calling the police anytime he contacts you by any method, in person, email, phone, etc. Keep a diary of this for yourself for when you go to court.

Call ICE as his stalking charges could be enough to have him deported.

One of the members have given you two contact sources for ICE. Why not just get on with it & contact them? What is stopping you from seeking the help you say you want & need?

well the thing is I did contact them when we had got separated and told them everything...now the rest of it is new developments ....

at that time they had told me to submit a letter in writing to USCIS asking them to withdraw my I-130 petition, which I did i wonder if I am still responsible for him financially :|.

It is helpful because you have current & correct info about your situation. You now have answered the very questions that you asked & should feel you are making progress. You have the cops & ICE working to stop the abuse. You asked what to do next & you have done it. Next is your freedom from further abuse.
