Your case is very confusing. What about your husband being here on K1. Did you have green card interview in India. My wife came on K3 and was adviced at the consulate by the consularto file AOS and not to risk IR/CR1 at the ISL embassy.

One thing however, she had to wait three months past the processing date for the I130 approval. So dont worry everyone has had to wait.

From your timeline, looks like your case is simple and dry. However I dont understand where did the K1 come if you file K3 and what about the I485 and I751. I 751 is to remove the condition on green card. I485 is for AOS. If he nevergot greencard, why did he file I751

pharmacist, so sorry to hear your plight. But hang in there, because your case is complicated and it'll take a while for them to reconstruct what actually happened. There were errors on their part, not his. Hopefully, they'll realize it was one slip up after another, while he honestly believed he was in compliance. Be very gentle wiith yourself and have faith. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

THEY GAVE HIM THE BLUE SLIP... DONT ASK WHY- IT SIMPLY HAS TO DO WITH THE POST I HAVE IN THE AOS FORUM.

THEY CALL IT ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW, WE CALL IT HOMEWRECKING..

BUT IF ITS GODS WILL - THEN I MIGHT JUST HAVE TO MOVE TO INDIA.

come to the Islambad pakistan thread. we all are on AP/AR there. we can offer support to you. all of use got the dreaded Blue paper 221g AP/AR. Black hole abyss..

AR/AP can last 17 days -2 years. to day I am the longest one on AP/AR.

I have been on it 11 1/2 months now. come there we can share tips and how to cope with this

and we can give you numbers on who to call. but, since you just got AP/AR you need to give it

90days before you can really do anything. in about 2 weeks you need to start calling DOS

department of state. when you call you can ask about updates on your case. here is the number.

have your spouses < immigrant > date of birth and also case number..

Praying for you that this all gets settled soon and that you can move on with your lives. Its just a little tria and all tests have an end, yours will be over soon and you will stronger for having gone through it.
