In general, proof of legitimate relationship is based on content, so envelopes are unnecessary. Show a list of chats, a sampling of email texts, copies of letters. Nobody is going to care about the backs of envelopes, if they even decide to look at the actual text.

Hi! Well what we did was to photocopy the part of the envelope where the stamps are and basically in the Philippines/US there are dates stamped into it too. And as for the cards, we've photocopied an open card where the message is written AND did the same for the front/back side -- coz we've figured out that cards from the US has label at the back side that it was printed in the US and so goes with cards printed in the philippines. I know they don't really care about those details, but we were ####### about it.
