Does anyone use TCF Bank?

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has TCF bank and whether they were able to get a letter from their bank. I called them and described to them what I needed, a letter stating my account info, how long I've had the account, my balance/deposits etc. And the woman said, "Oh you need an account verification." She said it would cost $5 and that it would be sent to me in 3-5 business days. I told her to go ahead and have it sent to me. But now I'm wondering if this is the right "letter." I imagine that it's going to have my account info but it won't be an actual letter. Would this account verification document that they're going to send me be suffice? Does anyone know? I'd appreciate your help.

Thanks for your reply. What is Netspend debit online? Are you talking about online banking? I have online banking where I can view my balance, checks and statements. I plan to print out some statements and submit them too but I would still like to have a letter stating the information that is required. Does anyone know if an account verification is the same thing?

YES BY ALL MEANS TCF I USED MY NETSPEND DEBIT ONLINE ACCOUNT AND THE INTERVIEWER JUST LOOKED AT IT MY FIANCEE SAID AND WE STILL GOT AN APPROVAL.

That's all I used...No letter; just some printed receipts from online banking going back about a year.
