Hi,

does anyone know what happens if you dont pay the courier fee prior to the interview. My husband has an interview date in Chennai for the 1st and completely overlooked paying the courier fee. Since its the weekend here we can't do anything about it prior to the interview. If anyone has experience in this situation, please let me know. thanks!!

Did he submit his documents at a vfs office? If yes, then am surprised they forgot, rather than your husband forgetting.

I am sorry I could not be of much help, but I would suggest carrying that amount with you,and once your interview is over, you could go back to vfs and submit it saying it was over-looked.May be,good luck

We applied through the nvc so they never asked for it. then while looking at the interview preparation page on the nvc's website we came across the courier fee information but its too late to do anything since its the weekend here.

courier fees are usually paid at VFS counter. Has he paid any K-1 visa fees yet?

I've never, ever heard of anyone applying for a K-1 visa through NVC. Not saying it doesn't happen, but I've NEVER, EVER heard of it.
