AOS - Get RFE for NOA2, but I loss it - How to get NOA2

I file AOS and missing NOA2 for I129F when applying for K1 Visa. Just received a RFE request for NOA2 and I864 (I send in the I864 already), and don't know why they request again. Will file a new one with the latest version.

Any idea of how to obtain the NOA2 again? Please help.

It always puzzled me why it was even necessary. You'd think they could just punch up the A-number in the computer and see all the info they needed. I mean, it's a paper issued by the same friggin division of the same department of government....in some cases by the same physical office building.
