Interesting. Mine was issued in early December, and is clearly the old style, but it also has the micro-pictures on the back, though perhaps not of Obama, I don't have a microscope here to check with :)

USCIS To Issue Redesigned Green Card

Hi Yurika,

Yes - I know that but all the posts I saw and the new were about the GC design but non showed the micro images about the State flag and the President.... I thought it was pretty cool.

I think this new card design started being produced in the middle of May - I have to old style too :crying: I want to change my card but it is not worth the money especially when I am planning on applying for naturalization.

So now the Visa is in the form of a card for the B1/B2?? Or is that just Mexico?

The new card arrives with a metallic card holder and states to keep it in the holder because of wireless rays or something like that weird very weird. I wonder if they can scan ya as ya take it out in the line??

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

Plus the new green card uses B/W photo and the old one used color photo.

Edit: the old one has colored DHS logo that can obviously seen on it and the new GC uses DHS hologram logo. And moved the code numbers from the front side to the back.
