im new in this site im the petitioner mailed my form 130 last 4/28/10

then they receive it last may 4/2010 then i got the form 797 notice action..

I would like to ask if how long do i wait for my appt. interview and can i start

filling my i485 or wait before my appt.interview before i can file another form

k 3 visa

Based on the filing date, IMO, that K-3 won't be available for you to 'apply for'.

Stick with the CR-1/IR-1 visa.

Once the I-130 is approved, the USC spouse has some work to do at NVC.

Also, tell yer USC Spouse NOT to file the I-129F - as the act of filing that, actually yanks the I-130 out of it's queue, thus slowing the process further.
