Hi,

I think, for my knowledge, he will need to explain in writting, why he doesn't have tax return..The best thing is to call NVC if your case is already there, or you must wait your case to be finished in immigration first.. NVC will notife you in advance what will you need for affidavit of support..your husband must complete I-864 Affidavit of S. but maybe you will need a joint sposonsor, Who will fill form I-864a. Just somebody who will claim for your support and who has a 3 years od Tax Return.. I hope that I helped you :)

so the NVC will know that my fiance just got his job? they will just direct him what to do with the affidavit of support? Form I-1864A is an Affidavit of Support Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member right? since were using fiance visa, we only allowed to use Form I-134 in Manila Embassy, and i've heard Manila Embassy Consul doesnt accept joint-sponsor. if i knew Manila Embassy doesnt accept joint sponsor i wouldnt have done all this paperwork, i guess we are not yet set. Do i need to cancel our petition or just continue and try to pass the interview, i really dont know what to do, im praying so hard on this. but thank you so much for ur reply.

Don't forget that CASH ASSETS can be 'added to'.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
