confusion on G-325a

Hi everyone!

I am very new to this site and also new to this CR1 visa trip,so bare with my "not so new questions"

Me & my husband got stuck on a few things when we were trying to assembly the I130 package for the uscis

first one is the section in the G325a form,on the very bottom that says:"this form is submittet in connection with an aplication for..." ?? do we have to put permanent resident or other /I-130 form?And how many forms each do we need?

I put other I130. I am unsure how many pages it is as I know it changed shortly after I filed mine.

I remember i put in there ''permanent resident'', and everything was fine.It was few months ago,i don't remember very well, so you can wait for other replies also.I think the instructions for this form state that you only need a copy of G 325a for you, and one of your hubby.Keep another copy also, so you can have a record of everything you sent.Good luck !!

hi madalina on the very bottom there is block that say OTHER (SPECIFY) PLEASE FILL CROSS SIGN x IN THE BLOCK AND ALSO FILL AND WRITE NEAR THE BLOCK I-130 IF YOU ARE HUSBAND AND WIFE YOU BOTH FILL ONLY ONE FORM

I put the I-130 also. Only because the G325 form went with the I-130 packet that I sent in.

Now which forms are you talking about for how many you need?

Since you're filling G325A along with I-130, you should put I130. This is what most people do and have no problem with it.

If you want get fancy, you can write in "In support of spouse's I130."

The G325a, do you need to send 1 each or more? I saw somewhere that you need to send something like 4 each,and no I am a bit confused

and alien registration number YOU PUT AND FILL ONLY-- A
