The "Step-by-Step Guide on How to File an I-130 for a Spouse Inside the US" (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?autocom=custom&page=i130guide2)

gives the impression that all the documents for Adjustment of Status etc. (I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765 etc) can all be sent at the same time to the same office.

However, the USCIS page for the I-485 says they need a returned I-130 first

(see http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-485.htm)

I'd like to send all the forms at the same time, but is this possible?

& BTW, do I really need to get a medical examination beforehand or can I wait?

Any help would be gratefully received,

Bonra - Montana

Yes you send all the forms at the same time and to the same place...

Chicago lockbox

Yes you need the medical examination if you do not send it with the AOS you will get a RFE and this will hold up your case... better to get it done first then mail everything together....

Good Luck

Kezzie
