Where do I get Form 4506-T

The link on the IRS web site is broken:

I found Form 4506 but that seems to be about $60 a year:

Are Tax transcripts necessary? I am hoping they are optional. :wacko:

I front loaded my I-130 with notarized letters from family and friends. I don't think they have to be done that way but that's what I did.

NVC received my packet iv this monday still AVR updates "waiting for biographical information from petitioner" ..waiting for the case completion..hopefully by next week i might hear something good news from them :)
