I front loaded my I-130 with notarized letters from family and friends. I don't think they have to be done that way but that's what I did.

Everyone... congratulations on case complete (sign-in fail... agree with you all, failing is much better option here).

For me, this wait is still better than 3 months of stress (2/15-5/21).

Like other VJs are saying... hang in here... :thumbs:

Finally, AVR updates.

NVC has beeen Picky with me.... they took 16Days to confirm receiving our Documents.

I'm happy we are getting there... Hoping for no REF's

2009-11-14 I-130 sent.

2009-11-23 NOA1.

2010-02-25 NOA2.

I am praying for a SIF today. I have tried about 20 times in the past 3 hours.

I know. I am really hoping for your SIF. Don't lose hope even if you don't get it today though, many have been approved on Saturdays and I think that still counts!

I have a feeling it's going to be either tomorrow or Monday. If we didn't have the holiday on Monday it could have been today! The NVC said that it has been in review since the 28th. I hope that is a good thing! We have had such a hard road. I have been in the NVC since early March!!
