Child U.S.C. Parents not!!

Hello all.. My friends are not U.S.C, but there 2 year old is a U.S.C. The Child at this time is out of the US with the parents. How can the parents come to the US? They would like to move here to work. I don't know what to do or what to tell them... Any help on what to do?? By the way the child was born here when the mother was on visit to U.S.

correction, the child has to be 21, 18 is only for marriage. the age of a USC to petition family members is 21.

Okay, now the fathers mother has been in the U.S. for about 15 years now. The baby is living with the grandmother, so right now she is trying to see how to get them here.

Is the couple legally married? If so then if the Father's mother is a USC she can file for them, if not a USC then she will only be able to file for her son.

What does the petition do

The father's mother just informed me that she is working with the School District where she is employed to see if maybe they can hire them on as Teacher's so they can file the paper work. I just know that they are working my last nerves ... I think she need's to let the baby stay with the parents.

Well there is no shortage of Qualified Teachers in the US and most School Districts are strapped for cash so even if the disctrict agreed how would they cover the expense and explain hiring two teachers from overseas?

I was just reading the http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1323.html to see what all would have to be done by the School District. I don't know if the District would pay it or have them to pay the expense for filing. I think the mother is trying all she can to have them with her. She has cancer the beginning of stage three..

I do wish them the best myself. I just pray that she leave the child in Nigeria with her parents. My back is not healed from my surgery this week. I can't help her see after this baby when she's to sick to care for her.
