Evidence of Domicile for K-1 Visa?

So I see a lot of people going through the K-1 visa process, and they are gathering evidence of domicile.

Isn't that for a CR-1?

If not, can someone fill me in on this? Do we need to prove the beneficiary's domicile or the petitioner's? And what serves as evidence?

I heard a couple times K-1 visas doesn't need proof of domicile... But just to be safe, i'm bringing a copy of my fiancé's lease, a photocopy of his driver's license with the correct adress on it, a photocopy of his passport... I guess that should work fine! And yes, they are a lot more strict on that for CR1 visa!

Montreal didn't ask for any evidence of domicile for our K-1 interview. I gave my fiance' a copy of my mortgage and the last three months of utility bills just in case though.

So just in case, should I get a copy of his driver's license, one of the bio info on his passport, and a credit card statement?

Would that be enough?

Everyone gathers evidence for domicile because the sheet (which is not specific to K1's) mentions it.

The information you mentioned won't hurt, of course, so do bring it, but don't concern yourself too much about it.
