Less expensive maybe marrying her in Peru and apply for CR1/IR1/K3.. time wise, possibly a little longer than a K-1 Fiancée Visa.

Also, keep 2 things in mind. 1. That the K visa fee is going up to $350 in most countries as of June 4 (check with the embassy in Peru). And 2. she will have to file for AOS after she gets here in order to get her green card, that has a cost of $1,010. So in the end, when it comes to the visa process a K visa, whether a K1 or K3 will end up being more expensive.

I know that K-1 is more expensive but it is better and faster. I'm using it because

it's better for the relationship. U go through the paper work and then u get married.

It's like you worked so hard and the wedding is the reward from all your hard work.

Instead of getting married and living in harmony you are worried about paperwork and

approvals the first few months of your married life. That time shoud be for memmories.

U do have to file for the greencard after marraige but that's it if u do it the K-1 way.

And what if you have problems with approval after u get married. It;s best to get it out of the

way and reward each other with togetherness!

I really hope u go with the K-1. I have heard of people having problems with approval

and really ruining there first year of marraige. Get approved first and then u can start

ur life together. If I was married to Nattoy now I would be stressed with all the paperwork.

I just want to be happy when we marry. Thats why I'm getting it all out of the way first.
