Got NOAs but still getting case not found message

Hey guys I'm hoping someone can give me some input. We applied for the AOS, EAD, and AP all at the same time and we received the NOA's last week. Each form is saying that the date received is May 13th and date of notice is May 17th. I've been checking the status online every day since getting them, but I keep getting a case not found message, and thats for all 3 applications. I'm getting a bit worried and was wondering if this is normal? Has this happened to anyone else? I tried calling customer service but can't seem to find an option to talk to an operator. Also my check was cashed on the 17th. Thanks.

It actually happens alot. They often do not update the online system. If you have your NOA letters, you are fine. Sometimes it takes awhile for them to input your case, and sometimes they don't input it until the next step is taken like sending a biometrics letter. Good luck to you!
