omg these operators r not transfereing me to supervisor???

like seriously, i have tried every way of requesting them to transfer me to the supervisor. they freakin' dont understand......

i know they're reviewing my ds230 packet again for that stupid birth cert. that they thought isn't original but i want my husband to get another original one made and mail it to me; it takes time for mail to get here.

i was thinking if i can talk to the supervisor and ask him/her exactly what was wrong wid it.

how else can i reach to the supervisor?? what r the things i should tell the operator so they would transfer me...

It can be a matter of attitude. If your language here is a hint of your frustration level you may have to calm down a bit. I know the help desk people where I am at don't respond well to pushy people especially if any variant of the F word is involved. The best is usually to politely ask for assistance. See if there is someone that can "explain" your RFE letter.

I' m wondering if they changed their policy recently. I asked to speak to supervisors, on two different occasions, and I was never transferred. The operators put me on hold, talked to their supervisors, and then relayed their message to me. I think I am assertive enough, and they probably would have transferred me if something in their policy had not changed. I'm sorry about all the frustration and stress this is causing you...

wow you have same problem like mine. I had issue with police certificate. I DID mail Italian Police Cerf. and they gave me RFE. They told me that I have Serbian police cerf...not Italian one. #######? I never sent Serbian one...and I requested for Supervisor. They did review it and told me to wait 10-15 days. i gave up and decide to mail it again. Its not easy---its better for you to sent it again instead of waiting for supervisor review...its waste of time.

they don't even know exactly what's wrong with the certificate they have unless they review it again. i dont know what info. r they looking for in BC, if its not original what do they want to have in it???

i can't ask my husband to get a new one unless i know what's exactly wrong with the one NVC has...

according to ur timeline, they re-reviewed ur police certificate and replied bak to u in 2 days right?? coz that's what they're telling me that my BC is under review by the department and wait 8-15 business days. it means i should hear something by tomorrow...

i am new here in this forum but i read it daily, i have a question to sandra and malden did u recieve any answer from the supervisor and whether it is hopeful,please i am in same boat ,submittted original and believed to be not origional, moreovr NVC sent me two checklist letters not asked but at the end they require.

I talked to my congressional rep last Friday.. They were in a conference with NVC and USCIS all last week and one of the topics was the front line CSR's managing the customers(us), not going off script and dealing with cutomers at that level... it could have resulted in a more difficult time trying to get escalated...

alright so finally some nice operator transferred me to the supervisor by asking only once. unfortunately, supervisor wasn't able to help me and she told me exactly what the operator said "wait for 10-15 days, we can't tell u anything until the re-review happens on birth cert"......arghh i thought she would b able to help me. so now i should wait and watch what decision they make on it. i haven't received the mail from my husband so in meantime they'll hopefully b done with reviewing.

I am in almost the same boat. We sent in one PCC, per the NVC website, but in reality they require another type. So we made that sent it in, and got an RFE for a third PCC. I've emailed the NVC, talked to 3 operators and a supervisor and they all say wait 8-15 days for review.

What are the chances they get it right on review? My hopes aren't very high considering everything

Were you adamant about what you needed, with the supervisor? Eye-ball review of the document, stating that it IS the original document?

yep i explained her that other documents (police/marriage cert.) had blue stamp/signatures and BC has everything filled out in black ink plus the stamp too. so maybe in contrast with the other doc's they thought this was a photocopy. she replied i dont have the documents in front of me so i can't do anything until the department reviews it again and put a note on it exactly what they're looking for. i was like isn't there anything u can do about it? she said no wait for 10-15 days of the outcome.

she was basically telling me exactly what the operators r telling me wait for 10-15 days, and a note after the review that'll determine what's wrong with BC etc. etc.

i told her i wasn't stupid enough to attach a photocopy to delay my case. everything else went in fine, y this...

i requested them to review under supervisor. after 2 days, they e-mail to me with missing document attach barcode and i decide to mail it again along with barcode. i called NVC and told them that i recieved email and they suggest me to mail it no matter what even though supervisor are reviewing my PCC again. they are still reviewing at the same time im mailing another PCC.

yea i will mail them no matter what. i'll receive the BC in mail on friday from husband so i'll express mail it to NVC. they're still reviweing my BC lets see what decision they make until friday if not then i'll mail them another one.
