After you submit AOS and DS230 forms and you have no REF email/mail from NVC.

Then try to sign-in the payment portal.

If you got sign-in failed, your case is complete and when you got the interview date, your case will be forwarded to the embassy.

Hi everyone, can anyone please tell me how can i know if our case has already been received or has left NVC??? Sorry, i dont have any idea how you guys get to know that info... thank u so much VJ peeps... :)

Call the NVC and ask! The phone number is in the Wiki index. You'll want to get to a human through the options though.

Call the NVC at 1-603-334-0700. Have your receipt # handy which came printed on your NOA2 hard copy. Follow the prompts and it will let you know the status. You can also choose to talk to a live person. It's been 15 days since my NOA2 has been sent to NVC and they said they still havn't received it. I talked to a rep and they said wait a few more days. Good luck.
