I have 3 kids from my previous marriage.

My kids live with their mother, i never fill as a head of household.

My monthly payments are set to $1000 us per month.

How much do i really need for the affidavit (I134)?

The amount you pay in child support and your tax filing status have NO bearing on the I-134 or I-864 whatsoever.

You must claim ALL children, under age 18 and/or not emanciapted as fully dependent regardless of where they live and whether you pay any child support or not. So the calculation is simple

Your family size if FIVE (5) You need to make enough GROSS income to exceed 125% of the federal poverty guidelines for a family of 5 (if your fiancee has any children, add them to the family size)
