Timeline

submit all supporting tax documentation ( w-2, 1099 etc) submitted to the internal revenue service from the petitioner/sponor on the from 1-864 affidavit of support for the most recent year

i odd ready submitted my tax return for 2009 , 2008 an 2007 an now i have reveice a RFE wat should i submitt now just my w-2 or i should submitted my tax return for my recent year an my w-2???

The safest option in my opinion would be to call the IRS and ask for tax transcripts which would be sent in place of the tax returns, w2's 1099's etc and would be the best way to make sure you've sent everything you need. They're free and they can be faxed to you or mailed (around 7-10 business days).
