A woman accused of walking topless into a grocery store, then stealing a $20 bottle of wine, told a judge that her behavior was "mind-boggling."

The 41-year-old Nevada woman was reportedly extremely drunk during last week's episode, according to the Record-Courier.

A preliminary breath test showed Brandi Smith had a blood alcohol concentration of .144 -- more than twice the legal limit.

An off-duty sheriff's deputy followed Smith out of the store, watched her get into her Corvette, then drive toward a fast-food restaurant.

Once in the drive-thru lane, Smith jumped the curb and got her tire stuck in the landscaping.

The deputy managed to take her keys and keep her in the car until backup arrived.

Smith has two previous DWIs from California.
