I was told last night by operator that my case was complete and waiting for the interview to be scheduled beginning June 7th. Do you guys think my husband and I have a shot at a July interview?

Great news on the case complete! You're definitely looking at a July interview if Islamabad isn't too busy!

Sachi, good to see you / hear from you!

I've been in California since mid-April. We were able to celebrate our 1 year anniversary on the 2nd of May with a day at Disneyland! YAAAY! haha

Our RFE has been a ###### fight as the australian police lost my fingerprints and i thought I'd have to go back to Aus to do it again. Luckily, they found them, but it didn't matter anyway cause they completed my case without us even sending an RFE response in. So, I guess I just have to take it to the consulate along with the evidence.

So, I have a return ticket for 11th June, but I'm going to call the doc in sydney to schedule a medical to see if I can put off returning to Aus for another week or so.

Anyway, I'm so pleased to hear that you finally got through and I'm sure you're "RELAXING" over and over and over and... You get the point, you raunchy lil devil haha.

All the best to you and the man for your looooong, prosperous future together!

I called up NVC a little while ago and the AVR updated to say that my case was forwarded to the Mumbai Consulate on May 28th...ahhhh, finally done with calling NVC and listening to the AVR messages...goodbye NVC! :)

Greetings All!

I have been an "unofficial" member of VJ (observing from the sidelines) since January. I was so encouraged/inspired by the posts in the MAY INTERVIEWS FORUM, I decided to "officially" join.

We were able to get through the process (NOA 1 to Interview Date) in 154 days :D thanks, in part, to the information found here on VJ!

My husband's interview is July 13th!!!!! :dance:

Anyone think we will see any interview dates this week (with the exception of Monday)? I remember an operator saying something a bit strange to me about when dates are given out... she actually said the dates could come any time if the embassies are bored (her words) and call and request appointments. But I wonder if that is true... you know how many stories they give us... LOL!

Hi guys, I havent been very active lately, just passing by to let you know I have my appointment already set for July 2, 2010 in Juarez, Mexico.

According to my timeline "Your interview took 231 days from your I-130 NOA1 date" , that translates into 8 months almost =D.

They took about a month and a half to schedule, would have been faster but i lost a couple of days gathering info :( ...

in any case , good luck to us all! and remember to keep your timelines updated =D

Married: 6/5/2009

I-130 Sent: 11/6/2009

NOA1:11/13/2009 (CSC)

NOA2:02/12/2010 (3 months from NOA1)

NVC received:02/23/2010

Received DS-3032/I-864 Bill:02/23/2010

received IV bill:03/30/2010

Interview date:JULY 2, 2010 (consul said my husband was approved):)

Extra steps: Turns out in Juarez they do not tell you the final result of interview on the spot, you have to wait to receive a DHL package that contains the verdict and passport hopefully. Even though my husband was "approved" during interview (per consul answer) he was placed in Administrative Review on JUly 6 according to consulate operator.

Placed on AR post interview:07/06/2010

Picked up Blue slip AR (they kept his passport):7/09/2010

Visa issued: 09/15/2010

I was in AP for 2 months, 2 weeks and 2 days

Completed my journey in 10 months, 2 weeks and 2 days
