Hi everyone,

Is this case complete?

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error.

There is excitement and trepidation about this message. I hope it means it's final, but after having so many problems with the NVC, I don't want to get my hopes too high.

Thank you! I got the confirmation from an operator, but she told me that she was not able to predict when we would get the interview date. I thought they are assigning the dates during the fast two weeks of each month (in most cases). I learned not to rely too much on the information provided by the operators...

Thank you!! We got a false checklist that ended up delaying the case, but I'm really glad it's completed at this stage. Just need to get the interview date assigned. It should happen next week, right?

Finally the NVC has forwarded our case to Islamabad embassy on June 3rd according to the AVR which has updated this morning. So I guess I can use EXP 02 JUN 2010A as my reference point for tracking the package in DHL website. I do see one packet going out under this referece which was shipped on June 3rd, which could be mine. Am I correct?

Or should I use EXP 03 JUN 2010A as my reference point ?

The AVR states the same regarding my case. I used EXP 02 JUN 2010A and came across one case that was forwarded to Kingston . . . I assumed it was mine :star:

A 9 pound package went to Montreal on 05/28, which is the date the AVR says the info was sent out. Wonder how many lives that represented?

i found that the AVR updated when it had already arrived at the embassy. i could not find any packages taht left on the day the avr said. so maybe yours is already there. try tracking about 3 or 4 days before the avr date. see if anything left.
