After called USCIS customer service few times regarding to address change, I made an infopass to local USCIS office this morning.

The officer was nice and looks knowledgeable. She confirmed my new PO BOX address since I had lost some letters were mailed to my physical resident address, however, she said don't count on getting all mails to your PO BOX address, they might send to my resident address somehow; and if I miss the biometric appointment for whatever reason, my case will be denied. I asked her if she can schedule my bio appointment, she said she could not; and she said I should hear something this week.

Then I drove to the post office to check some packages, and I found there were 3 bio appointment letters sitting in the mailbox. One was the last appointment which I missed and the date was May 14 2010. Two are the exactly same letter and the appointment is scheduled on June 11 2010.

I drove back to ASC, which is cross the road of USCIS office, did Biometric early walk in.

Its like a week delay for my case. Not too bad...

Well you got the biometrics out of the way now. I guess from now on you have to lookout in the mailbox for the interview letter.

I just wish there was an option on the USCIS website "Biometrics letter mailed out" or "Interview letter mailed out". This way we know when to expect.
