Anyone getting an Error Message at NVC payment portal?

Im trying to sign in at the state payment portal for NVC and Im getting an Error message Try again later and I tried closing my browser and reopening and THE SAME THING! Is it my computer or is it down? AVR has not updated my case since April 13th and the operator told me it should be updated by 6 days from May 17 and today is 7.......my AOS is approved already.......Documents for DS-230 was delivered to NVC on May 17th.... Im hoping for an interview soon and no RFE's!! (praying)...Thnaks for any input...Im trying to call and see if they can tell me anything today as far as if they got everything they needed and no RFE's shown so far.........Lisa

I remember in the past the payment portal kept going down. Calling them would be the best alternative!! Unless you are expecting a Signed in Failed!!!!!

Ok thanks...I will try again today....I just talked with an operator at NVC and she said she is seeing nothing in the computer and she said our files could still possibly be in the mail room,lol after a week? Our AOS is approved and it was sent on a separate date so I was hoping the DS-230 would be sooner if no RFE's and I have seen cases where both AOS and DS-230 getting approved in a couple of weeks. Of course she said it normally takes about 4-6 weeks to approve. I know this is usually not the case.......Hopefully someone is already working on our DS-230 and have not wasted a week for nothing,lol....again thanks!
