Sending DS3032 via email

Hi everyone!

I've tried calling NVC to give them our email addresses for the DS3032 kit. For some reason, NVC phones hear nothing. Agents keep on hanging up on me because they can't hear me. I tried calling 8 times on 3 different dates.

Anyway, i send them an email last week. I copied LingChe's template which is:

They replied to me, thanking me for updating our email addresses. It also said that they haven't received my DS3032 form.

To everyone who send their through email. How did you do it? Should I attach the form with a barcode? Thanks!

NVC closes at 00:00 EST, M-F - I suggest you keep calling, get a Human, and ask for an AOS FEE BILL to be emailed to you.

They should take the email addresses over the phone, this is weird on the hangups.

Maybe you should try calling from another phone number. Maybe there's something wrong with your phone. A lot of these companies now use internal VoIP telephone which don't always play nice with all the phones. I just made this up but it's worth a try to call them from another number.
