It's all up to you....

Well, I stuck with some of the examples/guides provided here at VJ. That's all, nothing really new. We will soon be under scrutiny from USCIS in Vermont, and right now, that's enough. Wouldn't you agree? Then on to OKC for an interview if needed. I will post soon. There are really essentially 10 documents that show joint accounts/ownership. Also, a few photos, cards from family addressed to my wife & I. Insurance (health) and Life Insurance showing Jenny as sole beneficiary. And letters from good friends. ;)

And why don't you join in May 2010 I-751 filers list?

You can add us if you would like.

Then on to OKC for an interview if needed

FYI I had my AOS interview at OKC in March 2007. At that time, OKC office was one of only 3 offices in the country that had the DORA (District Office Rapid Adjustment) program where you have your AOS interview the same day you submit your paperwork, and GC was to be issued within 90 days. Ofcourse the program didnt work so well. But it cut the waiting time for the AOS interview.

The IO who interviewed us was very friendly. And when they say they'll call you back within a week, they DO call you back as promised.
