Since this has been such a hot debate in OT, I thought it would be good to see what everyone thinks. :star:

I also believe that Iran/Syria are to blame for the current situation. That is, Israel would not be attacking Lebanon right now if it weren't for Hezbollah, who is acting for Iran/Syria. That is not to say that I don't believe the Muslim world does not have a legitimate beef with Israel. Iran is just way too extreme.

I'm not quite sure how to classify Hezbollah.

Israel is using too much force against Lebanon. Their efforts should be focused on Iran and Syria, not Lebanon.

for the first question, "both parties" involved should have been made a choice

Ohhh, didn't think of that one, I guess you can select other, and then make a post :star:

ok... I choose other... I believe both parties are involved, and I also think that Lebanon is not doing itself any favours by chosing to do nothing about one of their political parties. at least, i haven't heard of them doing anything.

I don't care whose fault it was that it started or why, I don't think it whould have happened at all and neither are representing their countries very well by putting innocent lives in danger. I think they should play a really large game of battleship in the ocean and see who wins that way!
