Hi guys, i have a question here, who must change their green cards to the new version i am 10 years green card holder, and i do have old version,do i have to change mine or wait until i apply fo N-400 next year?and who is require to change it? thanks.

Hi iam new in this website , i need some information and help , my green card will expire in March and i want to Remove condition , and iam getting divorce from my wife , i filed for divorce and iam still waiting for the court date i was wondering if i can file by my self or hire immigration attorney to take my case ? i need help guys i apreciate that ,

No-one is "required" to change it.

If you get a new card because you lost yours you'll get a new one.

If you just get approved (for your first card, ROC or 10 year card renewal) then you'll get a new one

Otherwise the "old one" is still perfectly valid and fine as is. Once you are a USC you won't need a GC so it won't matter to you then either.
