Ok me US citizen...my husband UK citizen.I have paid the fees of $70 and $400 (not sure what that was for) and I have submitted the I864.So do I sit and wait for an interview date or is there something else I should be doing?

There's a DS-230 as well.

If you used the online payment portal, you should generate some coversheets, send those in with each 'thing'.

Maybe time for general review, as well?

Yes you need the DS-230 to fill out and whatever documents to go with it. Print out the cover page from the payment center website and place it on top. Send it to address on cover page. Only fill out DS-230 if the status says PAID.
