Who should file the Citizen daughter or the permanent husband?

My daughter is a US citizen and my husband a pemanent resident- Who should I allow to file for me. is there anything in the law that states there is a preference in filing , that is if you are married your child cannot file for you?

actually, if usc child files for foreign mother, is higher precedence, immediate priority date, immediate visa # available.

I'd chose the 'daughter' route, if I were in yer shoes.

Thank you so much - the only issue here is if there is any law that states the husband takes precedence over the daughter

in this situation, not when you are dealing with a perm resident compared to a USC
