We all need some approvals today!! but even a touch would be nice.

06/30/06- sent I-129F petition to VSC.

07/11/06- NOA1 (received in mail)

07/19/06- RFE received in mail, IMBRA

07/28/06- e-mail, IMBRA RFE received at VSC

09/11/06- called VSC, told I'm with an adjudicating officer

09/25/06- called VSC, told to file expedited service, outside 60 days of RFE received date

09/26/06- sent expedited service request to VSC via fax and snail mail

09/26/06- Senators and Congressman making inquiries into my petition

09/29/06- expedited service request approved by VSC director

10/04/06- e-mail NOA2 approved!!!!!!

10/05/06- NVC received

10/06/06- NVC forwarded to Poland Embassy

10/16/06- Packet #3 received

10/17/06- Packet #3 sent to US Embassy Warsaw

10/30/06- Packet #4 received

10/30/06- Interview scheduled for November 22nd!!!

11/30/06- Visa in hand, via DHL!!!!

12/05/06- Ania and I arrive together in the USA

02/11/07- Ania applied for Social Security Card

02/17/07- Ania and I were MARRIED!!!!!!

07/24/07- Social Security Card in hand- after some minor issues and a little procrastination :)

10/14/07- I-485, I-765, and permission to travel mailed to USCIS

10/17/07- Received NOA1

12/17/07- I-485 shipped to California Service Center for faster service

12/17/07- I-765 approved new card should be mailed within 30 days, Advanced parole approved

02/28/08- AOS APPROVED!!!! PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD RECEIVED!!!!! (card received couple weeks after approval)

Nothing here, I am wondering if Vermont has stopped processing altogether......

K-1 journey, AOS/EAD and ROC in my timeline

2011 March 31 - Sent off Naturalization pkg overnight to Texas

2011 April 1 - Arrived in Texas at 10:21 am

2011 April 1 - NOA (rec'd via snail mail April 8)

2011 April 7 - Cheque cashed

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

2011 September 1 - Oath ceremony (rec'd snail mail Aug 5)

2011 September 1 - All done, yeah.

For all petitioners.

If you've gotten your NOA1 in July before the 10th and waiting for an NOA2 post here.

Also, If you've received confirmation from USCIS for the receipt of the IMBRA RFE in July and are waiting for an NOA2 please post here.

Please make sure your timelines are current!!!!

Let's try to keep track of who's getting approved for what dates. So we can have peace of mind or take the necessary action

IMBRA RFE receipt July 18th. Last touch July 19th. Nothing since then :crying:

We all need some approvals today!! but even a touch would be nice.

Oh YEAH, just one touch and I would feel better right now!

Come on CSC, move already, wake up, come back from vacation, Mars or from where you've been, DO something, show us you are alive!!! :angry:

March 1st - Mailed I129F to Nebraska SC

March6th - NOA1

June 1st - Trasfered to CSC

July 3th - Received IMBRA RFE

July 18th - CSC acknowledges receiving RFE

July 19 - touched

SEPTEMBER 6TH GOT OUR NOA2. GREAT JOY!!!

My case was recalled, so my NOA1 is from March.

I got my RFE update on July 19th and reapproved on August 9th.

Oct 08 NOA-2 received

29 Jul 09 I-601 waiver approved

18 Aug 09 Passport to London Embassy

20 Aug 09 Tickets purchased for 10 Sep 09

Congratulations to you!! Yes it seems as though there are very few processors working on K1's now. Maybe they gang-banged a bunch of them out and now its business as usual (ie. unmotivated and unproductive and everybody calling in sick all the time). Although the appovals have been slow, at least they are working on the old ones first.

Hello! We have contacted our congressman about the RFE if our NOA was dated feb 2006. We are still waiting a response, but I will let you guys know..

Here's our timeline.. count us in the July Club! Our application and NOA dates are close enough even you filed in Vermont and we did in California.. well, you did receive the RFE notice earlier, but CSC seems to be catching up. I hope those who filed earlier will get their approvals soon, then it will be our turn! :-)
