Gud pm to all. I just received the approval from NVC regarding my request of change of embassy from US Embassy in Manila to US Embassy in Singapore. We can now proceed with the filing of the other documents and applications. But recently my husband who is a Singporean Permanent Resident is contemplating in delaying his immigration to US since he has still a lot of work projects to complete and he has another job offering that is quite hard to turn down. We're planning to proceed with the processing of our papers but my children and I would go to the interview inus him and that he willjust follow afterwards. Is this a good idea? Do we need to pay the IV Bill for him, or can it be paid when he eventually decides to follow us in the US? Can anybody give us an input regarding our concerns? Thank you so much. God bless everyone
