Give it up Booyah! It's hard to hit a moving target. Liberals don't think Head Start and Affirmative Action is the least bit racist, but cry foul when a commentator mentions the color of a professional player, or someone breaks out statistics based on any sort of demographics, unless, of course, you are talking about a populist anti-government movement, or the Republican party!

I have posted many times before how the same people who endorse and encourage the people that beat on about the achievements and accomplishments of their race (ex Caucasians), cry bloody murder when someone raises anything negative related to the same group; let alone someone says anything positive about their own Caucasian lineage. That is just KKK all the way.

How can anyone be so blind to not see the racist nature, the double standards, of the aforementioned scenarios? Oh waiting I must be "just whining", another poplar rant.

You mean someone standing up to their views and not allowing the usual handful of people to attempt to silence them. Let alone accuse them of basically being the trouble-makers.

As per usual, one of your like-minded buds diverts the thread, then any conservative who sticks around and speaks up, is the person accused of 'ruining the thread' . Tell me this, take me out of the equation as I know you are referring to me. Perhaps you can explain why it is that every thread where the token conservative sticks by, ends up like this.

It's not rocket science by any stretch. There is a reason why a number of us wouldn't be caught dead associating with one another outside the forum; we detest each other.

Some posters act amazed that even in such a thread, people are sticking to views and support along their ideological views. Find me one person who agrees with Steven yet strongly disagrees with this thread.

The best way to solve this problem is that those with die-hard fanatical views, who couldn't care less to have a legitimate discussion, place those with opposing views on their ignore list.

steven, i'm not misrepresnting your intentions. i firmly believe what i posted. we have had private discussions countless times about the civility of the OT & what makes people that normally don't start out throwing flames come out throwing flames. its the hostility they recieve from you & like minded members. to which each time your responce has been 'its not me its everyone else'. posting a plea to tenured members isn't your style for achieving an honest goal, pm campaigns are your style.

You know this thread reminds me two certain posters who have since disappeared. While they both loathed everyone with opposing views, they never partook in a legitimate discussion of their own - ever. It was always everyone else who was the idiot or was stupid. Yet not once will you see a post from either of them with more than a sentence of two. When they did post, it was usually along the lines of them rolling their eyes. However, once someone like myself fires back and ask them why their opinion is holier-than-thou or to walk the talk and show (prove) why they are better than others, I am usually the one who gets suspended - the bad guy. Personally, that is what I am sick of. As I said earlier, this is definitely a problem divided by ideological lines.

Experience is not some story. You don't seen to grasp the concept of someone working in a field or empirical evidence well. Perhaps my experience from a foreign country that is ranked highly in the world, is irrelevant when compared to thew opinions of the resident libs.

BY, this just shows how ignorant you are when it comes to research. One person's story is his own, but a single story does not equate to some sort of empirical evidence. Under that guise, I could go talk to a cop I know at a bar I frequent and get his drunken ramblings and pass it off as some sort of expert testimony. You're experiences in foreign countries are your own, and you should represent them as such, not as some sort of published evidence, or some sort of global consensus.

You are correct in saying nothing you say can make anyone look foolish. You are a forum troll, it's why you carry out tactics like character assassination. It's also why you like to get into long debates about a poster's opinion or your view of them, rather than actually discuss the OP.
