estimated expenses for manila interview

Hey all, those of us dealing with Manila, I just like to ask what are the expenses involved with the whole visa application process after NOA2. Here's what I have so far:

~Visa Application fee: $100

~Med exam: $95

~plane tickets from Mindanao: ~$130

~hotel for 7 days @ local resident rate: ~$378

~food+incidentals: $50-$100

I know this is a short list but please feel free to add anything i may be missing or useful. Thanks ya'll!

Manila airport tax - PhP200

NBI clearance - PhP115

Birth certificate - PhP125

Photograph - Php200

Transportation expenses - PhP100/day minimum for public transport
