Hrrrrmmm. Let's see. The main players are Melissa (USC) and Julian (UKC). Melissa asked a question about "what is a touch" and the appropriate n00b beatdown ensued. Julian came in and accused everyone of being big meanies who are incapable of answering pressing immigration questions like "what is a touch." Then everyone called him a pompous, condescending ####### who thought his money (oh yeah, he's filthy rich) meant that he could buy respect. Somehow along the way, Melissa's blog was discovered, which has been a font of all sorts of interesting information, not least the incident where her Julian's best friend sent her a photo of her fiance appearing to snort blow off a hooker's #######. Then everyone dogpiled on Julian; JohnnyQuest practically challenged him to a duel. Julian denied the veracity of the photo and appears to have convinced Melissa it isn't real. Melissa took down the blog post but continues to blog. Julian looks like a douchebag of the highest order and is manipulating his fiancee. Oh, and I met Melissa a little while back so I have unwittingly become a bit player in this whole drama.

Oh yeah! Alex is Julian's best friend, and the guy that Melissa briefly saw when she had broken up with Julian a long time ago. But Alex dumped her when the two of them were caught by Alex's REAL girlfriend (whom Melissa knew all about). Now he seems dedicated to making her life hell. Current consensus is split as to whether Alex is in love with Julian or Melissa.

Sean is Melissa's old high school boyfriend who seems perfectly happy to exploit her naivete and put her in seemingly compromising situations (romantic drive down the coast, taking her back to his when she's absolutely blotto). Melissa now refuses to see him after everyone (I think) seems to agree that he is trying to wear her down. Her refusal to speak to him has caused friction with one of her bridesmaids. Or two of them. I'm confuzzled.

Oh, and Alex thinks Melissa is the best f^ck he's ever had, even if he does hate her.

Plus, theoretically, she gets paid if she gets enough hits on her blog. I say theoretically because my husband had a blog there for a time and they kept increasing the number of hits you needed to get paid...and then they just stopped paying all together.

Nice fabrication of every single detail except for possibly the Sean bit, Elmcitymaven. So happy that real people--one of whom you have met and who considered you a friend!--who have real immigration issues and just wanted to be a part of the process can be such a wonderful source of amusement for you.

You left out, by the way, the internet police like Jules who accused me of being a braggart about my personal finances even when not a single person has been able to produce the post where I supposedly did this. Or the others like perfectly awful Gemmie who liken our relationship to some sort of Jeremy Kyle situation. You also left out that people actually enjoyed reading my first post about the cars until somebody decided I was being a bully to my fiancee or whatever, causing a dogpile of me-toos from people who cannot be bothered to think for themselves. As I said before, it doesn't surprise me that no man wants to be with you.
