Hello Vj members! :) I have a lot of questions for those who have been with the CRBA and US passport of your kid, with the hubby was present on the interview...because my fiance is here in the philippines and we are a bit confused about the documents that we are going to pass like Forms; does it need to be notarize and his US passport if do we need to send them along with the packet or he can just bring it on the interview?..please help for those who have been with the same situation as mine. :help:

questions:

1. Do we still need to notarize all the forms like DS-11, DS-3053,DS-5057 DS-2029?

2. Do we still need to submit the DS-3053(statement of consent)and since we are both going to the interview?

3. about My fiance's US passport do we need to send it along with the forms in the packet or can he just bring it on the interview and just send a Photo copy of his arrival visa stamp

--about the copy of his arrival visa stamp, do we need to notarize the copy?

4. WHAT are the forms or documents that needs to be notarize?..

PLEASE we need help..He has a very limited time here in the philippines... :( :(

THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS US All![/size]

Every US embassy has defined times during the day when a USC can come in with any issues they have - CRBA included. Why don't you send your fiance to the embassy to see what exactly is needed? Often times, embassy will also have detailed information on their website - make sure to check there as well.

Example: http://sarajevo.usembassy.gov/birth_abroad.html

ROC 2009
Naturalization 2010
