Hello, my husband was denied his visa in December in Ghana. And I received my intent to revoke letter from USCIS and I working on the packet with my lawyer. He has advised me that I need to use only one echo fastener to cut down on evidence to only include 6 emails a month, all my phone bills, etc. The problem is my entire phone bills will not fit in one echo fastener. I have this fancy folder with four fasteners I now have everything in tabed and labeled with a table of contents over top each of the sections. I have included. Pics, emails, Phone bills, passport and plane ticket copies, western union receipts from when I have sent my husband money, bills with both of our names on them. He is afraid the USCIS will lose my stuff and then we will have to appeal since they are known for losing stuff. Do not get me wrong, I have faith in my lawyer (Marc Ellis) but am just asking for additional advice.

Anything I am missing?

Any help appreciated if you have been down this road. Thanks!

They make different sizes of ACCO fasteners.. some large ones will hold several inches of paper together.. It appears that Marc wants all of the info in one packet, not that he is trying to limit the amount of what you are presenting.... just keeping it clean and organized.. check with an office supply store like office max or office depot for the larger fasteners...

I sent emails, call records from yahoo, notarized letters 2 from family and one from a co-worker, copy of joint tax return, copy of his ITIN, copy of joint income tax refund, I sent copies of US mailed letters and cards. I made a copy of evrything and kept the originals except the letters. Also I sent a few items from each month that we have been apart I didn't over load them with a bunch of papers. I tried not to over kill just specificly what they requested. Which for us was proof of an ongoing relationship. You should make copies so you will still have the proof with you also I scanned everything and have it on a CD just in case. Good Luck

You need to show your relation is ongoing, send communications that are current, a intent to marry letter from both of you with a current date, notarized and signed will be of help, you only have 33 days from the date of the NOID from USCIS to reply, send the packet with a return receipt. Marc Ellis is a good choice for an attorney, he has your interest as most important.
