Ok, the search begins again tomorrow for a CS around our area who doesn't rip people off and who understands the K1 medical exam/shot transcripts instructions!

I have a question....what should we say over the phone exactly to make the matter clear that I don't need a whole new medical exam. Obviously, no one understands when we say that I entered the US on a K1 visa and my visa medical is still valid until October 2010. Every doctor/nurse we talked to over the phone or at the clinic we went to said that our AOS would be denied if I don't have a new medical exam, is that true??? They say they need to see my medical exam that I had in Cairo...well everyone of us knows I was not allowed to open the visa medical exam envelope!! I had to send it to the embassy sealed!! Seriously, these people don't know what they are talking about and it just gets on my nerves that they are certified by USCIS!!

So, Should we say I need a USCIS Medical Exam or USCIS Shot Transcripts Appointment?? How did you guys book your appointments at your local CS's clinic?
