my husband's GC expires on 6/27/10. We were travelling, and hence we didn't file for removal of condition until now (talked to an immigration officer and she said as long as we do it within the 90 days it's ok - doesn't have to be exactly 90 days prior to expiration and that the receipt showing being in the process will make his stay in the US after the GC expiration date legal). So me just sent in the i751 along with all required docs today. But I just remembered that I forgot to include the check :(

What should be do now? Should I send in another complete set of forms and papers along with the check? or wait for them to send back our package?

Please advise!

Thanks

Yes. It may take a while to get your package back, but as long as USCIS receive your package by 6/27, you'll be OKsmile.gif !

I would assemble a NEW package and have it ready in case they don't send the old one back in time. The 27th is perilously close.....
