Hi

Does anyone know on what date the BKK embassy publish the interview schedule.

Is there a way to find out the interview date before they publish the list?

We gave the papers on the first week of June and still didn't hear anything.

Thanks all

Friend of mine sent his in on the 14th may, an the embassy received them on the 26th of May and the just set his interview for the 8th of August, looks like it is out quite a bit. He emailed them, and they sent him back the interview date.

Currently.... they have issued Ice the incorrect GC and we have tried 4 times to fix it. First time they had us send it to the incorrect address. Second time they said we used an expired form, which was the form they gave us. Third time was "oh sorry we lost the last page, can you send it again?." Fourth time is the gov is shut down. Will this ever be corrected in time for Ice to get the permanent GC? Stay tuned to find out. T_T

6 months for me. Definitely a long wait.

Well the NOA 2 was about 5.5 months My lawyer didn't wait for packet 3, I sent all the documents (about 250 pages of skype chat logs, some emails and about 150 pictures icluding some with my mom when she came to meet her family, altogether 8 LBs of papaers) she was doing her medical and police within days and after couple of days all the documents submitted for an interview. the funny part is that packet 3 documents came by mail after the interview date was scheduled, it otook the Thai mail almost 4 weeks to deliver it (looking at the postal stamp), I think they transfered it on took took all the way from BKK

Most likely she will get her interview letter after she will be here in the states with me :D

I know many are against using lawyers but having someone to actually take her to the hospital and the police station and expedite it all from over there was very helpfull.

I guess a lawyer in Thailand could be helpful, but one in the US is useless.

When you sent in your materials for packet 3 to the embassy, did you receive any sort of notification that they had received it?

Is there any rhyme or reason to the appointment dates? I see case numbers similar to ours on the embassy website for interviews in July but was told ours may be 6-8 weeks from the time they received packet 3 which was June 20. Thanks.
