I ended up sending 2 cover letters. One for all the documents supporting the I-485 and a second one for the I-131. I submitted them each in there own folder (I did send both folders in the same envelope to Chicago). I also wrote two different checks (one for the I-485 and bio and the second for the I-131).

Thanks Jenn for reminding about the NOA2 copy..I totally forgot about that.

And yeah craig, that's a better idea to separt out in different folders
