The airport website is asking about it and I do not know.

Any feedback is appreciated.

We have been granted AP and did not overstay before we were married and filed for her now penning I-485 application.

Every person who fliesd to the States on now has to have an ESTA application filled out. If you go to the Department of State website, it should give you a LEGAL FREE website to fill out your information to travel. You HAVE to it.

You are required to register with ESTA ONLY if you are seeking entry using VWP.

Nope.... only VWP entrants

YMMV

Nope.... only VWP entrants

Persons with a valid US visa do not need ESTA either, even if from VWP nation.

I appreciate everyones feedback. I did finally get a hold DHS/CBP and they verified only those visiting need to apply, which does not apply to her K-1 visa even though it has expired.

So all is well.

Thank yiiu
