Its actually been posted at least twice in OT when we were looking at specific wording, though I'm not sure a copy was posted with the updated "lawful stop" in place of "lawful contact".

Obama the Socialist and his blind sheep do not need to look at or read it to be against it. My only problem is that all states should right away start and make the same law since the Feds will obviously not do a thing especially while the Socialists hold the reigns of power.

This is not a partisan issue. No real politician is going to take a meaningful stab at this problem. I don't recall Bush taking any action.

Actually Bush was one of thew worst offenders in this regard.... and for many it was the "last straw".

It seems to me immigration is perhaps the only issue which large numbers of people on the left and right find much agreement on.
