Hello there!! I’ve been away for a while but I’m back now putting papers together for the AOS process. I have a couple of questions (silly questions) about the forms; I will appreciate your help if you know the answers...(I posted this on the Club Colombia AOS, maybe I could get some answers here too  )

Marcela,

This will answer most of your questions...click on this link for example forms.

I will email you what we had for a cover letter...it was very basic but it included everything you will need.

waitman,

First of all...for us it was only necessary for Yenifer to get the vaccines that she did not have on her certificate of vaccinations. I think that was a first because Diana and her husband had a nightmare at Roa's office. Doctors were giving people some BS that if your vaccines were more than 8 days old you would have to do them again. Yenifer had the same doctor as Diana's husband and there was no problem...also the fee was CHEAPER than it was at the red cross...that was also a first!!!

Check out this post of the play by play in Bogota for us...

Thanks, Scott!

I feel better now. Looks like they don't require repeat shots then-- at least not always.

If she misses one and she has to get one that's much better than pumping your body with ten.

Best of Luck!

Good luck Bill. My Margara sent packet 3 to the embassy yesterday, via fax and servientrega. I will call NVC Wednesday night to see if they have our interview date. Thank you everyone for all of the help thus far. It's refreshing to know that there are people so friendly and willing to help a stranger. Good luck John. Preparation is the key! I agree, that this is a great forum and great people to know!

Agentes,

The only thing that needs to be notarized is the I-134. The only original document will be your employer's letter, if you have one. Everything else can be plain photocopies, and this includes paystubs and tax returns.

Diana

Thanks! and good luck to everyone heading down.

I literally have about 10+ hours now just putting our evidence together and that is just on my end. If they question this, then we are just screwed, because there isn't much we can do to. jaja Our picture count is at 200 that we are brining.

I was just rambling; but speaking of pictures, how strict are they on these 6 that we are bringing to the interview and medical? My wife says hers measure 4.7 and her face is bigger than the specs too. I think we are going to get them done again, but I am curious about this.
