WOW, I actually got a touch, it says that they received the requested evidence ( a missing signature on a form) and that now the case processing has resumed....it says i will be notified by mail within 60 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! .....Please tell me that this is just due process and that it really doesnt take that long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't seen an RFE that takes that long to verify. People usually hear from the USCIS within a few weeks, not 60 days. Keep your fingers crossed.

June 6, 2007........Cleared NVC and sent to Bogota

June 12, 2007......I receive packet 3 from our lawyer

June 14, 2007..... I send Packet 3 to Paola via FEDEX (2 day delivery)

June 25, 2007......Paola receives Packet 3 (9 days late)

Hey Gang!!! well I am organizing my last few things. I fly to Miami on Tuesday, leave for Bogotata early Wednesday to meet Meibel. Our interview is on Friday 11-2-07. We have everything in order. She is there tonight has her exam tomorrow. I am bringing a 5 inch notebook of records of emails, phone calls, trip info, photos, gift receipts, letters from family and friends,etc. I have the affidavit of support, letter from employer, bank, w-2's, mortgage info. I think I have all. Here we go. Thanks for all the information and I will be sure to post when done and a review of the Embassy as well. Wish us luck please!!!
